What is your return policy?
• Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, with the hygienic liner (if applicable), and all vendor tags attached in order to be accepted
• Return packages must be postmarked within 30 days of the order delivering to you. Returns postmarked after this time frame are not eligible to be returned and will not be accepted
• Please note: Prepaid duties and taxes are forwarded to your local customs authority and therefore, are non-refundable when your return is received and refunded. As only the recipient of an order can claim these fees back, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office directly for further assistance
• Lulus does not cover the cost of return shipping for international returns. See below for return options:
• Option 1: We provide the option to generate a pre-paid DHL return label here. The cost of the return label will be shown prior to returning the item, and will be deducted from the refund amount if generated. You consent to the deduction of the return fee prior to generating the label, and agree to return the package using the pre-paid return label. If the label is not used, the cost will still be deducted
• Option 2: If you do not wish to use the pre-paid return label, you may use an insured postal carrier to return your items back to us at your own expense to the address below:

• No returns, refunds, or online credits are available for final sale items of any price. Exchanges are not permitted on international orders
• Items returned with obvious use, makeup, hairs or fiber, dander, dust or dirt, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise, do not meet our return policy mentioned above will not be accepted
• Items must be returned inside protective packaging, such as the polybag or box it was originally shipped with, to keep them safe in transit back to us
• Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. The shoe box should not be used as a shipping box, it should be packaged in a separate box, shipping mailer, or polybag
• Beauty & Wellness products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with the seal unbroken
• Handbags & Purses sold with a dust bag must be returned with their original dust bag
• Items sold as sets must be returned with the correct sizes, as sold
• Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded
• Lulus reserves the right to limit or refuse service to customers that show excessive return activity, which is defined as: (i) CN¥24,600.00 of returns in a 12-month period, combined with a return rate of 80% or more or (ii) CN¥12,300.00 of returns in a 6-month period, combined with a return rate of 80% or more. Return rate is calculated as the dollar amount of returns over the relevant period divided by the dollar amount of purchases over the same period. Customers that fall within the above criteria will be subject to a modified return policy, which may include but is not limited to, ineligibility for free returns, returns to store credit only, refusal of orders, and disqualification or pause of our loyalty program benefits
